Serve with tortilla chips!
Ingredients:
3 avocados (soft, dark, and ripe)
1/2 cup of cilantro
1/4 cup of green onions
1 large tomato (soft, red, and ripe)
2 cloves of garlic
juice from 1 lime
1 tbsp cumin
2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
Directions:
Blend all ingredients in a food processor.
Best when guac sits in refrigerator for at least an hour before serving.
